How to Plan the Bar for Your Next Work Party

There isn’t one right way, but we do know how to make it easier and a lot of fun! Maybe it’s a holiday party, employee appreciation event, or a reason to celebrate a really good year. Whatever’s on the calendar, figuring out the bar is going to be the easy part (we’ve got you!).

First, think about who you’re bringing together, the kind of gathering you’re planning, and what you want it to feel like.

Start With Your People

Will spouses, families or kids be there? Is it during the workday or after hours? How many people are you expecting? Will you be inside, outside or a little of both? Once we know who we’re planning for, that’s when we get to have some fun with the details.

The best bar plan starts with the people!

Add a Little Personality

We recently brought The Little Dipper to a company event where employees got in on the planning by submitting ideas for two signature drinks and voting on the names before the event. It was a fun way to get the team involved and make the bar feel like part of their celebration.

It doesn’t have to be elaborate. We can help you add thoughtful touches to the bar and menu that fit your team and what you’re celebrating.

So, What Kind of Work Party Are We Having?

You know your team better than anyone, so maybe they’d love cocktails and a big holiday party, or maybe they’d be happier with root beer floats on a Thursday afternoon. Plan something your people will actually have fun at!

KEEPING IT SMALL

The Little Dipper is great for happy hour, an open house, or a small team celebration.
