Do you Supply the Alcohol?
We cannot due to MN law, however that is better for you as it makes it cheaper. You purchase all alcohol, but that is it, we do the rest!! We help you figure out how much is needed with your beverage consultation! We can take care of everything else for the bar service.
How far will you travel?
We will travel to your location within 30 miles at no additional cost. $2/mile after that.
Do you have Keg capabilities?
Yes. We have two taps available.
What are the dimensions of the Trailer?
Closed - it’s 22’ L x 8’ W
Open (all windows & ramp) - it’s 30’ L x 14’ W
Open (with awnings extended) - it’s 30’ L x 24’ W
Do you need level ground for the trailer to park?
The closer the ground is to level the better your experience will be. If you have more than an average slope or grade, pictures may be needed to see if our trailer can work for your area.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry Liquor Liability and General Liability insurance.
Will you do Kids parties?
For sure. We love to do parties for the little ones. From Root Beer Kegs to Kiddie Cocktails, Ice cream sundae bar to a smores bar. You have an idea, let us know.
How early do you show up to set up?
We will arrive 1.5 hours before your party.
Can we decorate your Trailer?
Absolutely! Decorating the trailer is not a problem as long as everything is easily removable and won’t cause damage.
Do we need permits?
For most private parties, no. Upon your proposal, we would investigate if any special permits are needed.
Do you Check ID’s?
Yes. Under MN law we are required to check ID.
Do we need electricity?
Yes. We need access to a standard outlet. We bring the extension cords. If an outlet is not accessible, we also offer a generator at an additional fee.
